Known weaknesses¶
Warning
- Refusals phrased differently, or in other languages, are missed.
- Answers that open with "I cannot stress enough..." or an apology and then help are counted as refusals.
- Refusals that appear after 400 characters are ignored.
Treat over_refusal_rate as a coarse signal and check the item table in the HTML report.
